Chapter 1: Let’s Have a Party & Invite Death

Let’s get one thing straight: you’re going to die. Not today (probably), not tomorrow (hopefully), but eventually, it happens to everyone—it’s a guarantee. Facing the Inevitable. The moment you hit midlife, the illusion of immortality starts to degrade like a vintage action figure left out in the summer sun. But here’s the twist: instead of running from Death, let’s
throw a party and invite the ol’ Reaper. Yes, a party. With streamers, cake, and a guest list that includes your regrets, your dreams, and Death itself—wearing a Hawaiian shirt and sipping a margarita.

Laughing at Fear

Death in a Hawaiian shirt? Really? Before we go any further, let’s be clear—imagining Death in beachwear won’t
destroy it. It’s only a mindset. Think of Professor Lupin in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, teaching his class to face a Boggart. The trick wasn’t brute force—it was laughter. Riddikulus! By turning fear into something absurd, the students reclaimed their power and banished the Boggart

Living in fear of Death and missing out on life? That’s what’s truly ridiculous.
